Acupuncture and massage therapy are what we primarily use to treat PMS. Acupuncture doesn't hurt and a message feels wonderful. If the massage feels any other way, talk to the massage therapist and she can change the way she's massaging you. It's your body! We are here to make you feel as good as possible.
When you come into the office you will get an adjustment and then acupuncture, unless of course you only want one or the other. When that part is over it's on to the massage.
From beginning to end it should be about an hour and fifteen minutes, unless you book a half hour or hour massage.
